Returns Policy We do accept returns in the case of the item being faulty and we will replace the item and refund the customer postage in such cases after we have received the item back. Faulty Items must be returned in their original packing by trackable receiptable postal methods within 7 days BUT PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE RETURNING ANY FAULTY ITEM AS WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ARRANGE COLLECTION BY OUR OWN COURIER. If you wish to return an item that is not faulty just because you have changed your mind we will NOT REFUND YOUR POSTAGE CHARGES for the cost of the item being delivered to you NOR YOUR POSTAGE CHARGES for the cost of returning the unwanted item to us. Unwanted items must be returned to us within 7 days in their original packaging and original condition by receiptable trackable insured postal methods otherwise no refund will be issued.
